On Wednesday, I believe it was, I harvested a Reine des Vallees alpine strawberry, and ate it. It was very good and had a lot of flavor; it wasn't as bitter as Yellow Wonder was the day before or so. The strawberry was decently wide for an alpine strawberry.

This is supposed to be one of the best varieties of alpine strawberry.

I plan to split up my plant into individual plants this fall, and to grow new plants from seeds from one or more fruits.

Here's my Old Brooks tomato, so far, this year. I thinned the extra plants out, today.

I'm growing a plant from a fruit with a very large blossom scar, from the near-multi-flora Brandy Boy cross F2 plant. So, it's F3, this year. Here's a picture I took earlier today:

The plant last year was quite desirable, and pretty much like the Brandy Boy F1 tomato that I grew the same year.

Here is my Nineveh tomato plant, so far, this year. I also grew it in 2016, but I overwatered and overcrowded it; I didn't get any fruit. The seeds came from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds.

Here's my Moonglow tomato, so far, this year. I hear the fruits are particularly high in a certain nutrient found in tangerine tomatoes.

Here's my Moneymaker tomato, so far, this year. I had hoped to grow the Sweet 'N' Bright tomato, too, but it didn't sprout.

I grew this in 2016, overwatered, and it was one of the most acidic of a very non-acidic batch of tomatoes. It tasted good, and the fruits reliably each had the same a peculiar shape. I suspected it might not be true-to-type (although I'm not sure). So, I'm trying it again from TomatoFest seeds to compare, this year.

I grew the F1 in 2017 (that F1 plant is known as MKX_A), in a shady location by a current bush. It had red, plum-shaped fruit, thicker in the middle than the two ends. They were very sweet, just like Medovaya Kaplya, but perhaps slightly more complex. The F1 was regular leaf.

I'm growing the F2, this year. I selected for a potato leaf plant, today, when I cut off the extra plants with scissors. The PL one wasn't the largest, though, but it looks like it could do well.

Here's my plant, so far, this year:
