I harvested a Santo Domingo Winter watermelon the other day. It tasted similar as before, but it wasn't refrigerated this time. Refrigerating it is definitely a good idea. I like the taste a lot better that way. The fruit was larger and more well-formed in 2017. I saved the seeds.
