It sounds great for my area, as a dwarf mulberry. Hardy to zone 4. 6 to 8 feet tall (or 8 to 10 feet tall depending on which part of the page you look at). 3 to 5 pounds of fruit. It's self-fertile. The young leaves are probably useful, too, however (although, I'm not sure if they're safe, considering I'm not very familiar with the species).
Morus bombycis is the same as Morus australis.
